This website is managed by the Southern & Midcoast Resilience Coordinator Collaborative, a group of four Regional Planning Organizations – Southern Maine Planning and Development Commission (SMPDC), Greater Portland Council of Governments (GPCOG), Lincoln County Regional Planning Commission (LCRPC), and Midcoast Council of Governments (MCOG) – facilitated by Resilient Communities, L3C, a planning entity located in Knox County.

This resource hub is supported by funds made available through the Community Resilience Partnership Regional Coordinators Program, which is funded through a NOAA Climate Resilience Regional Challenge grant awarded to Maine in 2024.
