Community Resilience Partnership

Recommended by Maine's four-year climate action plan, Maine Won't Wait, the Community Resilience Partnership (CRP) supports resilience efforts across Maine through grant funding and direct support. Administered through the Governor's Office of Policy Innovation and the Future, the CRP assists enrolled communities in reducing emissions and preparing for the effects of climate change. The program piloted in 2021, and has since awarded nearly $6.1 million to 103 communities.

Municipal governments, Tribal Governments, plantations, townships, and unorganized territories are encouraged to enroll in the partnership.
